FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The Answers You Seek
WHAT TECHNIQUES DO YOU USE TO PRINT ART?
My art is printed as either:
Lustre art prints on flat, stiff, middle-weight paper with a white base and an instant dry, micro-porous coating.
Matt fine art prints use a smooth, bright white, middleweight, all-purpose paper with a matt finish.
All prints will be shipped with a frame.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO WORK WITH YOU?
This is a fair question when I am being commissioned to do work, however I cannot determine the price of a piece without knowing what I will be doing.
If you send me a vague idea of what you would like through the commissions section on the website, I will be happy to give you a rough estimate of what it will cost. We can also discuss a more in-depth description of what you would like after an agreement is made.
WILL YOU ACCEPT ANY PROJECT?
No. I do not feel comfortable doing certain pieces. It may be for any reason, such as I do not feel I will be able to delivery a high quality of work, or it is too different from my artistic style.
If I feel I am not the right artist for the work you have commissioned, I will not agree to doing the work.
WHY DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT FOR COMMISSIONS?
This is mainly to ensure that you as the commissioner have the same amount of commitment to the work as I do. It lessens the risk of the agreement of work not being fulfilled from either side.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Short answer, yes. However, shipping within the UK is free, and shipping internationally costs a flat-fee of £4.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, I will fully refund within three days of delivery in the case of a damaged product. As long as proof of damage is provided.
To arrange a refund, contact me at email@example.com.
It may take up to 3 days for your order to be processed, and up to a week for it to be shipped.
